Brigadeiro (or Brazilian chocolat balls)

For Brazilians, making a brigadeiro is a simple and delicious task (either to eat it with a spoon or with sprinkles). We have therefore decided to share with foreigners the process for obtaining a piece of edible heaven on earth. Video and recipe below:

> Ingredients:

- 1 can of condensed milk (or more);
- Two tablespoons of cocoa powder (or two tablespoons per can of condensed milk);
- Two tablespoons of butter (per can);
- Sprinkles.

> Preparation:

- Put the condensed milk, cocoa powder and butter in a pot;
- Stir restlessly until obtaining a thicker texture (until the mixture begins to unglue from the pot);
- Pour the contents into a container and wait for it to cool;
- Spread butter on your hands and roll the brigadeiro in “balls”;
- Wrap the balls in sprinkles;
- Serve and indulge.
