Batida de limão, or Brazilian lemonade (non-alcoholic)

The other day we found, by chance, a recipe named “Brazilian lemonade” by Our Best Bite. I don’t really know if we can say it’s Brazilian, since I’d never heard of it before. But the recipe looked delicious and refreshing, perfect for the summer in Rio, and that’s all that matters.

> Ingredients:

- 4 lemons
- 6 cups (250ml) of water
- 10 tablespoons of condensed milk
- A lot of ice

(Sugar is optional)

> How to prepare:

- Cut each lemon into 8 pieces;

- Put the water and chunks of lemon in a blender and press “Pulse” a few times;

- Strain the juice and put it back in a blender;

- Add the condensed milk and press “Pulse” a few times;

- Serve with lots of ice!

The result is that milky wonder you see above, as delicious in real life as it looks in the photo. Serve and drink fast, because watery lemonade is no fun!
